Fixing the rear valance

Finishing touches to the rear panel

Steve holding most of the new rear valance, made over a block of wood and an anvil

The bottom edge has been folded over a 4mm wire and welded

This area was made in three pieces

The new valance does not fold under quite as sharply as the original
it will be easier to keep free of mud and road dirt

There was also a few pin holes in the rear window frame to fix
